During my recent corporate retreat at the Novotel Toronto, I found it to be quite a functional base for business needs. The location is prime, with metro access and plenty of nearby restaurants. My room was adequately sized, equipped with a comfortable bed and flat-screen TV, making it suitable for winding down after a long day of meetings. While I encountered a few hiccups regarding housekeeping, the staff were efficient and responsive, swiftly relocating me due to a bathroom issue. Wi-Fi was reliable, essential for my work, and the business centre provided a quiet space for last-minute tasks. The bar/lounge area offered a relaxed atmosphere to unwind, and the breakfast staff were attentive, ensuring a smooth start to busy days. With express check-in/out services, Novotel is a practical option for business travelers looking for convenience. It meets key requirements for a productive stay.
